OVER sensitive antis are calling for the UK‘s largest aquarium to take seafood off its menu. Peta (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) reckon the policy the Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port in Cheshire is “bizarre”.

Peta UK director Dawn Carr claimed to be “shocked” when a group member alerted her to the situation.
“These places purport to be places where one can learn about, and admire, fish. How can anyone stand in awe of these glorious, fascinating creatures and then head over to the cafeteria and stick a fork in them?” she said.

Deep Sea Leisure said it had no plans to remove fish from its menus.
