Former Matchman of the Year Neil Machin has beaten fellow ex Fish ‘O’ Mania champion Steve Ringer to win the 2010 Pole Fishing Cup.

Fished at Maver Larford Lakes near Stourport a three-hour morning session saw Neil beat Steve by 40lb, and in the three-hour afternoon session Neil won with 12lb more.

Neil was using Bag ‘Ems Commercial Carp groundbait.
