N Wood, MAP Leegem B Out 53 44-10-0Nigel Wood fished a groundbait feeder with dead maggot towards the reeds to catch carp too 8lbs for second place today. 
W Lomas, MAP Leegem B Isl 13 33-12-0Wayne Lomas edged third place overall and also won the silver prize with 20lbs of skimmers caught on pole and expander pellet.

Moat Pool – 17 pegs
C Line, Retford Angling Centre Isl 48 59-1-0Chris Line was the overall winner today with some nice winter carp all caught on a small feeder with hairrigged corn and pellet.
G Gibson, Worksop Isl 44 52-8-0Gordon Gibson also caught carp on the tip today, but Gordon opted to fish a bomb with corn to the far bank.
S Robbins, MAP Leegem Isl 73 48-4-0Steve Robbins edged third spot with carp caught on a long pole margin in deep water with pellet and corn.

T Brown, MAP Leegem Isl 64 48-5-0From a consistant area on Moat, Tony Brown caught carp on a pellet cone from the middle of the lake to win today’s veterans. 
L Hewison, MAP Leegem Isl 58 42-6-0Lee Hewison took second place with some nice sized carp caught on groundbait feeder and hairrigged corn.
S Twigg, MAP Leegem Isl 73 37-2-0Steve Twigg fished bomb and corn to the far side of Moat for enough carp to edge third spot.

31st December 2013 New Year’s Eve Carp/Silver Open
Moat Pool – 18 pegs
P Bagshaw, Team Frenzee Out 6 83-7-0Pete Bagshaw won today’s carp prize with 15 carp all carp using micros through a pellet feeder and banded pellet on the hook. Pete waited nearly 2hrs for his first sign, then caught steadily for the rest of the match.
I Jowell, MAP Leegem Isl 64 45-2-0Ian Jowell was second overall with carp taken from the middle of Moat using corn and groundbait feeder.
S Gray, Worksop Isl 48 13-12-0Stuart Gray won the Silverfish prize with a net of skimmers caught using expander pellet on long pole over a bed of micros. 

30th December 2013 Monday Veterans Costcutter
Moat Island – 10 pegs
N Wood, MAP Leegem 64 45-5-0Nigel Wood opted to fish feeder today as the strong winds put pay to most pole fishing. Nigel netted carp too 9lbs using hairrigged meat. 
R Holmes, Notts AA 61 30-8-0Roger Holmes also caught carp on the tip, but used hairrigged corn as his bait to finish second place.
D Dare, Marukyu 57 26-15-0Dave Dare took third spot with carp and bream also caught on a feeder today.
