    24th September 2017. Daiwa Hallcroft Open.
    Moat (41 Pegs).

    G Lavendar, Miracle Baits. Island 38. 129-12-0.
    Graham Lavendar won this well attended Sunday open from moat island 38. Graham fished banded 8mm pellet on short pole for 17 carp and a few skimmers.
    L Hewison, Leegem. Outer 77. 98-7-0.
    Lee Hewison fished bomb with pellet, meat and corn on his pole line for 11 carp to 12lb.
    N Vernon, Gainsborough. Island 55. 98-0-0.
    Neil Vernon also fished short pole with hard pellet catching only 9 carp for his 3rd place finish.
    A Whitehouse, Scunthorpe. Island 23. 86-12-0.
    P Morgan, Doncaster. Outer 95. 68-13-0.

    Moat Island – 21 pegs

    C Veasey, Mansfield 64 175-5-0
    Chris Veasey took the win today with his top Hallcroft weight. Chris caught all of his carp on short pole with pellets.

    Tom Clark continued to show good form with second place today. Tom caught 20 plus carp on corn over pellets.

    Neil Hirst stormed to the win again this week with just short of the 2 ton mark. Neil caught on short pole and 8mm pellets.

    Paul Elliott fished bomb with double corn over his long pole line and a bed of hemp and micros.

    Ian Temple fished pole and feeder to catch mainly carp for second place today.

    Neil Hirst finished the clear winner catching mainly carp on banded pellet on the pole at 10m.
