Pete Caton caught carp on pellet to the island and from the track before switching to his margins for more fish to put 95-08 on the scales to win.

Kev Winfield fished a similar match for his 85-04 for second place from peg 6, whilst Terry Cockburn Junior on peg 28 had the bulk of his fish from the margin in the latter stages on soft pellet.

The match on Thursday 4 August is on Crater, Snake and the Reptiles (Phase Two).
