    REPORT

MOLANDS It has been quite hard on Molands with the water going clear. There were catches to nearly 100lb but generally sport has been really difficult. The best tactics have been to fish tight up to the island with bomb and pellet or a small method feeder for carp to double figures. The F1s are coming to pellet fished on the deck at 13 metres feeding 4mm pellets and fishing a banded hard pellet on the deck. Best pegs have been around the Scarecrow Point on 41 – 48.

GEARYS The carp are moving all over top with fish to nearly 20lb coming to surface tactics. In the matches, method feeder, pellet feeder and pellet waggler have been the top tactics with nets to around 70lb at the moment. The shallower part at the top end from peg 19 around to 27 has been the best area.

LITTLE GEARYS Still very consistent although top weights are down with nets to around 80lb best at the moment. F1s and carp are providing the main action with a small method/pellet feeder fished to the island or long pole with banded pellet fished either shallow or on the deck. Best area has been from pegs 1- 10.

WILLOW Fishing well with lots of F1s and carp coming to pellet waggler, ploppers and small feeders all fished up to the middle island. Corn or meat fished down the margins has also been working well, particularly later in the day.

SIBLINGS A Good sport is being had by fishing caster with lots of ide and F1s coming to this in nets to 50lb. The bigger carp are being caught fishing meat either long or down the margins with fish to 10lb showing to this.

SIBLINGS B Really good for lots of bites with F1s providing most of the action but some decent carp, bream and tench also featured. Pole fished pellet is the top tactic with paste, meat and corn also working well.

ANNIVERSARIES Fished a lot better this week with nets to 70lb on the early pegs from
1 – 10. Pole fished paste or pellet working best.
