Top carp angler Jim Shelley will be the star turn at The Tackle Warehouse open day in Crawley, West Sussex when the carp angling author and guide will be answering questions and signing his latest book, ‘Carping Re-Cut’. 

Jim is known for his ‘big hit’ approach to the sport and his many impressive captures include the much sought after Black Mirror, a 51lb English common carp and Two Tone from Conningbrook at 61lb 4oz. He’s also caught Mary’s Mate, Mallins, Pug and the Fen Linear and had fish to over 50lb from Cassien in France.
The Tackle Warehouse lays claim to being the biggest tackle shop in the south east of England and on the carp side is especially strong in brands like ESP, Trakker and Sonik. The shop opens seven days a week including late nights on Thursday and Friday as well as being open on Sundays until 1pm.

It all takes place on November 16th from 2pm at The Tackle Warehouse, Units 23-26, Rutherford Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9RD.
