The second year of the free-to-enter Midlands Fishing Show for coarse and carp anglers at the Ricoh in Coventry sees more manufacturers, more celebrities and more great show-only offers.
If you were one of the nearly 9000 that came in 2012, you will already know what a great show and venue this is, so make sure to tell all your friends this year!
The first 100 through the doors each day (Saturday and Sunday February 16th and 17th) also get a free £4.99 gift, plus there are free bait offers, free magazines for the first 4000 and a fantastic weekend guaranteed.
As you may have seen through our extensive TV advertising campaign around the big fishing shows on Sky, Discovery and ITV, there’s a packed agenda of quality talks and demonstrations, from two Theatre Rooms, with topics ranging from Terry Dempsey’s-talk and slideshow on his carping passion, fish photography with Pete Castle, exotic holiday fishing with Stuart Gillham and lots from Team Guru.
Free Spirit also has its own theatre with talks going on throughout the day, plus there’s a massive Bivvy Village and loads of demonstrations throughout the day.
Other tackle brands who have already confirmed include Mainline Baits, Maver, Korda, Sensa, Saber, Rigmarole, Matrix, NBrice and Ace Baits… many of them have some nice freebies going, and there will of course be some mega deals to be had on the retailer stands. There’s a cash machine at the show.
Fishing TV will be present to make a special video about the show, which will be broadcast free-to-view online at www.fishingtv.com , on mobile and on Samsung and Panasonic Smart TVs.
