If you haven’t made plans to go already, this year’s Evesham Festival, taking place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, is set to be a long weekend to remember!

Attracting the cream of British match fishing, the event will see three separate big money matches – where competitors compete for a total of over £19,000 in prize money!

The nature of the venue means all kinds of methods come into play, from feeder, to waggler, flat float, and of course the ever faithful bloodworm and joker. Whatever the discipline, you are sure to see a masterclass from England’s finest anglers over the course of the weekend!

Then there is the show itself. Exhibitors include: Match Fishing Magazine, Pole Fishing Magazine, Birmingham Anglers Association Ltd, Frenzee Ltd, MatchBox Tackle, VRAC Limited, Strikemaster Tackle, Snowdonia Cheese Company, Redwood Tackle, Floats Direct, Dinsmores Ltd, Loughs Agency, EZ Feeda, Stapeley Angling Centre, Fishtastic Tackle, S R Enterprises, Medusa Multi Feeding Systems, H G Gladwell & Sons Ltd, Fishing For Heroes, Craft Fair, MAD Baits, Fish On, UK Lures Ltd, Dave Harrell Angling, Nisa Feeders, A K Angling, Preston Innovations Ltd, Used Tackle Ltd, Deception Angling, Caer Beris Manor, Fishermans Friend and The National Trust.

The Event, which takes place on Evesham’s Crown & Corporation Meadow, opens at 8.30am on Saturday, 29th August, Sunday 30th August and Monday August 31st. Parking is just £7 per car, which includes a free programme for everyone in each vehicle.
