Organinsers of the CLA Game Fair have announced that under-16s accompanied by adults will be able to visit the three-day show for free this year. Previously, only visitors under 10 years old were entitled to free entry.

The hugely popular outdoor show, which is being held Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, has previously attracted in the region of 150,000 visitors.

The CLA Game Fair’s interim Director Tony Wall commented: “This year’s show is being billed as the celebration of the Great British countryside so it is important we encourage the next generation along to learn, experience and be inspired. As usual there will be dozens of have-a-go opportunities which are ideal for youngsters who fancy trying something new for the first time.”

This year’s CLA Game Fair schedule is jam packed with kid-orientated outdoor activities including the family trail around the showground and mini family trail within Exploring Nature, archery, fishing, air gun shooting, working dog tests, clay shooting, ferrets, falconry, a climbing wall and quad biking – to name just a few!

Tickets go on sale at the end of March.
