        I know that 1 type of smoothhound is live-bearing and the other is egg laying , does anyone know which is which

            This is when nature gets confused and not understood, they could never explaine it at school.
            Tropical fish even more confusing, and don’t talk about seahorses.
            So, are all sharks live bearers?

                    I think it is either mako or raggy toothed sharks when in the females sharks “womb” predate on each other

                        I knew somebody on the forum would now.
                        The reason I asked was one of my brothers is claiming a Starry Smoothound on the family compitition because the Skipper identified it by the colour of the egg sack and the rest of us were a bit dubious (you know the skipper involved cos you have been out Breaming with him)

                                Hmm that mis-identification by “Ade’s bream skipper” will explain why ade catches loads of bream (just they look like mackies to the rest of us) 🙂
