        Does anybody have a phone number for the Opens that I have seen results from in the Anglers Mail, I think their run by Bridgewater AA.

                    I can give you some dates:

                    Huntspill Championships 26th August

                    Huntspill Open 23rd September

                    Huntspill Open 7th October

                    There are also some Bridgwater club matches on the ‘spill.

                        That number is taken from the Bridgwater club website, if you ring Thyers (which is about a mile from the ‘spill) they’ll be able to give you the correct contact details.

                            You might be interested in last Sunday’s (4th Aug) result.

                            Kev Perry won, peg 73, 32KG of Bream from 8oz to 6lb.
                            Second weight was 14KG, there were three or four weights of 11KG, a 10KG and so on.

                              Sounds like a good match I just saw the same on the Anglers mail site, take out that 70lb and you have a very good fishing match there.
