        does anyone know where you can still get these hook retaining spools.they were originally distributed by daiwa.cheers for your help

            Bream-man.
            Try using a slider winder.
            Tie your hook lengths with a loop in the end.
            Put the first hook in the keep of the winder & then the next hook in the loop of the first hook length. Carry on with as many as you have & the put the final loop over the slider.
            Job done, hope it makes sense.

              spotter – I recently found a slder winder full of hook lengths on the bank….

              I’ve never seen that method before, brilliant yet so easy….

              I now use the method for holding all my hooklength’s.
