It varies on the time of year how much your putting in and it varies from venue to venue. The first time i saw choppie been fished was at woodlandview in 2000,I watched the guy slaughter me off the next peg he fished for Daiwa one of the southwest teams. After the match i picked his brains on the method and he explained you put a 250ml pot in at the start his worms were quite well chopped then he added casters, then you fish it out if nothing in fifteen minutes then repeat a 250ml potful, but if you start catching top up after every 4th fish say or watch for bites fading away then top up accordingly. This was only one person telling me how the current method worked on a particular venue at that particular time dont take it as gospel.
