Personally for the pellet wag I would go for the Carbonactive Mini Series,

i really really liek the look of the shakey 11footers they looks the tits, i use the tricast xrs pellet wag rod and thad awesome it suits me down to the ground in the way i play my fish, if ya lookin for tip rods then im goging back to using my original 12foot carbonactive whihc has a really nice action for modern day commercials.

bona if your after a tri-cast xrs pellet waggler goot one left if interested brand new they or very strong and very good
as for the 12ft got to be the corbonactive.

have a look at the latest Drennan Series 7 rods, there’s 4 new models out, all 2 piece in protective rod/reel cases

there’s a 10′ carp feeder, an 11′ carp feeder, an 11′ carp waggler & a 12′ carp waggler

I have not seen them (yet) but if they’re up to the usual Drennan eries 7 standards, they’re bound to be good

Diawa Tournament 2-Piece 12ft – Awesome, say no more

I just use one of my 11/13 Daiwa Connie stillwater feeder rods at 11 feet but with the hollow unpainted top section on. Does the job as well as anything else I have looked at would.
