i have just came back from a few days in blue anchor,i was walking along the road and noticed alot of people fishing from the beach which is normal.Then on the monday i noticed they were fishing from the roadside wall which on some days is fine as the water hits the wall,but on monday the water was about 15 yrds from the wall i was watching to see how anyone would land a fish if they had a bite and unlcky for 1 poor fish it got caught and the person who caght the fish just reeled it in along the shingle so the next thing on from this was would the lucky angler walk to the edge of the water or just throw the fish back from the roadside lo and behold he walked a few yds up the road just by some rocks and threw the fish back and it looked like he fish hit the rocks.My point of this post is surely in this day and age if people want to keep our sport then surley we should be looking after the fish not treating them like this.
The anti fishing brigade would have a feild day on just that one incedent?
