        First post the text you wish to post.

        Then come out of the post, and click back on it to get back into it.

        Click upload.

        You will be able to browse for your image.

        Upload the image.

        When you return to the post, your image will be in it.

        The image below is 400 pixels wide – please don’t load anything wider.

        Please ensure also that the image is ‘saved for web’
