Dartmouth is the ‘place’ for shore anglers to head to in April as the port hosts the annual boat and shore Plaice Festival.
The dates for the diary are Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th April 2009, with competitors allowed to weigh in up to two plaice per day. The event will be decided on the top total plaice weight over the two days.
Competitors can fish one rod only and up to a three hook set-up, with fishing times 9am to 5pm each day and the weigh in at Dartmouth Angling & Boating Association Clubhouse from 5pm-6pm each day.
Sign at the clubhouse on Oxford Street, Dartmouth from 7pm-9pm on Friday 17th April, or from 8am-9am on the Saturday.
