My old man has instructed me to find him a new pole finally. He is technically retarded with computers so has put his trust in me. He has around £600-900 to spend but he is known for being tight.

He is after a Maver, Preston, Garbolino, Tri-cast or Daiwa for commercials, but not an out and out carp pole. It must be light, strong and have a nice finish to, he has used my Daiwa G8 and does not like the finish. He needs the pole to have the following; 16mtr pole mint condition no cracks chips etc, preferably no repaired sections, 8-12 top kits, spare no. 4 sections, half butts extensions preffered, preferably tubed up with holdall.

I was thinking something like a Maver 371/ 401, Daiwa Spectron, Garbolino G8 or something else mid to top of the range would suit him. Preferably within 100 miles of Co. Durham so he can have a look at it and pick it up in person.
