  Sat Open Laurels Lake 15 fished
  1 Anthony King (dynamite middy) peg 1 laurels caught on maggot at 10 mtrs for 11lb 8oz
  2 Steve Rothery (garbolino lindholme) peg 68 caught on pellets for 10lb 8oz
  3 Greg Norris (garbolino lindholme) peg 16 caught on maggot for 9lb 13oz
  
  Sunday Open 28 fished laurels lake
  
  1 Paul Christie (garbolino lindhome) peg 67 caught on pellets for 20lb 7oz of small carp
  2 John Kenning (garbolino osset) peg 1 laurels caught on pellets for 17lb 6oz of small carp
  3 Martin Fothergill (ackworth) peg 65 caught on maggot and corn for 13lb 11oz
  4 Nathan Watson ( hayfields ) peg 25 caught on pellet and maggot for 12lb 13oz

  The excavator was again used to break the 6inch thick ice ,the fishing was hard only ythe new stockie carp and silvers were coming out to play

  No I only banned him from the festival because i knew he would eat all the food and drink all the free beer and then grumble about the cost of fishing.
  Has i said in the previous posts i like him has a friend but he was out of order on the said weekend .
  Plus the fact that Pluto Paul was here fishing and would have crushed him if he said the wrong thing .
  lol
  Plus the fact he made the fishing alot better has about 18 of the anglers fished WIND AND COLD FREE FROM BEHIND his ears which made life alot easier.
  Also he broke the ice with his big nose for all anglers .

  lot more fisheries should take note wot your doing neil with the ice im down in the midlands with no where to go went on the local little river only to watch cormarants having a great time ~naughty ~naughty ~naughty well done neil roll on the thaw~clap
