        Just been told the 1st round has been cancelled. Reserve date of Feb 28th to be used.

            Its getting better slowly. My old man was saying this morning that in the 6 weeks since i had my op he has fished twice!!!

              Thanks for letting us know. You certainly picked the right time Steve, the way things are going it could be another 2 weeks before the ice melts

                I spoke to my Dad this morning and he wanted to make an early decision before people got bait etc. I think realistically most places are still going to be frozen this weekend.

                  Glad its been cancelled cos i think had it been fishable it would have been awful,especially on the far bank on Lambsdown.At least if we have a melt over the next week it’ll give the fish a chance to acclimatise slightly for the next round on the 31st.
