De Koeberg is in the north of Holland and is handy for the Issjel and Vecht plus a few still waters. It is approx 2 or 3 hours drive from the ferry.
Don’t know too much about that area but I have fished in the Hellevoetsluis area a lot.
Here you have waters like the Voorne canal, Spui, Haringvliet and Zuiderdiep. All of which throw up loads of 100lbs plus weights.
Hellevoetsluis is only about 30 mins from the ferry.
There are a few companies that book holidays in Holland, Anglers World probably the best known.
However, you will find it far cheaper to book yourself and go self catering.
A lot of people stay at the place in the link below.

Not sure where you live but you can get ferries from Hull, Newcastle or Harwich. Again cost is cheap if you book yourself.
If getting a ferry from Harwich (Stena Line)then you can pay for all or part of the cost with Tesco vouchers. For very £1 of Tesco vouchers, you get £4 off price of ferry. I’ve just booked me, my mate and a van for a total of £169 which cost £42.50 worth of vouchers. That includes the cost of a cabin on the return journey which is the overnighter. It is cheaper to travel on the day crossing.
Alternatively, you can get ferries from Dover to Calais or Dunkirk and drive up through Belgium. About a three hour drive but ferry is very cheap (about £50-60 for a car plus two adults).
