been messing about with this stuff over xmas as i use the 15 lbs for chod rigs.sinks like a brick but very stiff to work with.

          Sakuma Fluoro Carbon
          3.5lb
          50m Clear Dia 0.152mm
Almost invisible in water. The lighter breaking strains are popular with the game angler for fly leaders, whilst the heavier sizes are good for stiff rigs in carp angling as well as a great trace material for saltwater bass fishing.

I use fluro hooklengths on the tip for chub and huge bream with no problems. I like the stiffness of fluro in comparison to standard mono, one thing i would say is i would only use a grinner knot to attach the hooklength at the mainline / swivel end, as a loop to loop connection will weaken it considerably.

I use XT7 fluro hooklengths in winter for roach and bream on the tip. With the water being clear I think it helps.
