When tying a hair rig incoporating a pellet band for use on straight lead/method feeder i always start by passing line from back of hook towards the point whipping down shank and then back through from back of hook towards point.This,i think,is how the carp boys designed the rig for use in legering situations but now that we match fisherman are using it for pellet waggler and on the pole should it still be tied the same way which on thicker lines kicks the hook point in toward the line?
