Makins not in fisho quals?

  with the new owner in place and the goood things i here about makins
  it seems on the up (care wise) why isn’t makins not in a fisho qual?

  Totally agree.
  Although I’ve never fished Makins, we in East Anglia only have Barford and Lakeview. Could do with a few more, maybe Makins and Decoy

  Makins hasnt been in for a number of years now, like you say though the place is on the up so maybe in the future it will get a qualifier again.

  having been to a few of the fisho venues in the past
  i thought and really hoped this venue would be in this year as its a top fishery in my view and should be in

  i might have missed it some were but how come browning cudmore isnt in for qualifiers this year? also another fishery iv wondered why it isnt in hallcroft ? dont know how the selection process works just wondering?

  Cudmore was took out i believe because it already holds the final. Not sure about Hallcroft, it has been used at least once in the past that i can remember.

  All the British waterways venues wont let the TV cameras film there without a fee, so they wont go back to them. Of course Makins was a BW water till last Xmas.
