One of my mates who’s new to the sport is thinking about buying a G Box but is now having second thoughts due to some know it all in his local tackle shop telling him that it’s about to be replaced by a new version. Anyone have any info,

bobco have one in and the legs look longer than the legs on my g box, this might be just how they have got it set up.french 2010 garbolino brochure has the g box in it,and it looks the same as old box

i have one and have had it nearly two years they are a good box to sit on. but like most tackle now aren’t tested long enough the feet keep breaking which garbolino replaced but most have broken again also the clips that hold the winder units in are a plastic clip that breaks very easy and extras for the box are hard to get hold of.
my mate brought one at the same time(different shops) as me his has got short extending legs and mine has got long extending legs.

so to sum it up nice to sit on but very poorly
made no wonder they have stopped making it.
