Hi all.
I am planning to come to the UK in June for some carp and moggie bashing at Shatterford lakes, and have just realised that Bewdley is but a stones throw from there. This being the case, I would like to fish for some chub and barbel as well on the river, hopefully from say a saturday afternoon, until sunday lunchtime.
I do have a few questions tho, is there sections where we can fish the river, but also be able to bivvie up for the night? Is the river day ticket and if so, where would I but tickets? What baits and tactics seem to produce fish around june?
I would prolly go carp style fishing with hair rigged baits, with a heavy feeder/short hooklink, would this be advisable?
Sorry for asking all the Q’s
Cheers in advance
Matt
