  I called you on friday and you verbally agreed to sell this pole to me over the phone. I have since tried to PM and call you to arrange collection and you have ignored me. When I did get through I was interrogated by your wife? Please can you tell me what this is all about as I think I deserve an explanation atleast.

  I don’t think he’s registered on the site no more mate i tried to contact him myself about a rod he was selling but the post disappeared and so did he.

  Tony Beresford is about. He is still on MDers as toto and TA as tonca1957. This seems all very strange to me. I think he is the bloke I tried to buy a Sensas 784 off last year and it all suddenly went quiet.

  the same guy give the prices on 2 rods last week, i said id have them and wen i tried to sort the payment out i couldnt get a reply, i asked for an answer one way or the other and about 4 days later just got a reply saying “sold” ! me personally, i dont think he even had any ov the said items to sell, imo he`s an attention seeker or somthing along them lines, oh i did get one other reply of him, when i told him he was a crank for f@@king me about he told me to boil my head! wierdo

  Ok, lets just cool it down abit. Tony left for one reason or another. It’s a bit of a shame that it ended that way as he has been a member on here for a long time and i have spoken to him and had stuff off him in the past, with no problems what so ever.
  I’m sorry to here that people have encountered problems and Gillbo i just thought you may like an explanation to your question.
  TF’s buy and sell area generally is a great free to all area, so lets all try and keep it that way.

  Toto is away, he will be back on Thursday. He has contacted me on several occasions with regards to two, maybe three rods im looking to buy off him. I don’t believe there is a problem with him, i just dont think he is around a computer that much at the moment.

  He verbally agreed on friday to sell me the pole and we were arranging a meeting point for collection, I then see he is selling it for more money on MDers. Sorry for being totally irrational but what kind of behaviour is that when somebody is wanting to give a months wages for a pole you supposedly own?

  Toto has agreed to sell me 2 or 3 of the rods.
  He has told me he is away until Thursday of this week. I have received several replies from him in response to my emails, I believe the guy is genuine, he was also late responding due to the amount of pm’s he had received.

  i genuinely hope you get them, but im not gona be holding my breath for you, my post was just my opinion/experience with him, thats all, subject now closed as far as im concerned
