        What is a second chance offer ?
        and how do I offer one ?

          if the winning bidder fails to pay or doesnt want item for whatever reason then you can offer the second highest bidder the item for the amount he bid…
          or if you was selling duplicate items you can offer the second highest bidder the same item at his bid

          does that make sense?

            Thanks – I think it makes sense !

            I was worried that if I did it then it would mean that the original bid winner lost out.

            How do I do it then ?

              log in to your ebay
              at the right of the screen it will say actions
              click on more actions on the item in question and it should be under that heading..

                If you have several of the same item for sale, you can also offer the items to anyone else who has bid but is not the winner if that makes sense
