Heavy snow reduced catches on Friday after weights of 50lb to 60lb were caught earlier in the week. The weights picked up again at the weekend. Lots of f1 carp, roach and bream caught on all lakes with red maggot and pellet being the best baits. Punched bread has been catching lots of roach and perch.
Top Pool
F1 carp, roach, bream and perch on all pegs fished at 6-8m. 57lb won the match in Wednesday to red maggot.Bottom Pool
Big carp have been slow to feed in the cold weather but f1 carp, bream, roach, perch and rudd have been feeding on punched bread or maggot.House Pool
Waggler to the island for f1 carp and commons with pellet. Lots of small carp, roach, bream and chub on maggot at 10m line fished hard on the bottom with red groundbait.House 2/Extension Pool
Small open ended feeder fished with dead red maggot has been catching the better carp. Pellet at 8m for carp, bream and the odd tench.New Pool
