TF_sumoOK what would I be looking to have to pay for a 2nd hand minter Airity with minimum basic package, is it still a buyers market on top end gear ?

TF_freddy the frogI wouldn’t say its a buyers market for 2nd hand Airities as they rarely come up,then when they do they’re gone.

TF_JohnHTP in mint condition will go for £1300 or possibly more. As you can buy these new for less than 2k I would expect a mint Arity to go for around £1800, as new they are still £2300 ish.
You never know though you could be lucky and drop on one from a desparate seller.
Second hand Arity’s however are rare. -

TF_dirkdiggleri’d say your not far off there john.
if i were selling my pro for an airity i’d be expecting to put around £500 to it. -

i’m interested to know which ones you think are better~thinkHere’s a few for you to consider :- Colmic X5000
Tri Cast Aristocrat, Browning Z9 and Preston One. All the above poles in my opinion are better than the Airity that I had last year which i did like but just couldn’t get on with it sticking in my hands when shipping and sections coming apart randomly. Also heard lots of stories recently about no4’s breaking in normal use. -

TF_MatchcarpI personally am a big Garbolino fan but I don’t really want to get in to that old argument but definitely have a look at a G10,or the new G Max 1000 which I curently have on order – Depends on what you have to spend, DO YOU NEED AN AWESOME 16MT POLE – Is 13 or 14.5 more your bag because there are loads of really good ones at this range, it’s when you get to 16mt the real challenge becomes apparant with floppy tip sections – so ask yourself do you really need it or are you just a tackle tart like me ~think
