So after a long absence! A match was finally arranged for the Top lake. A ideal time for anglers to pratice for the Molesey League. It was a tough one !!!

        1st Dishyfish “Del” 25.0.0 peg 2.. 5 carp

2nd Jeff Dickinson 22.0.0 peg 22 two munters

        3rd Jeff Simmonds 14.0.0 peg 21

        4th Tony Plummers 11.0.0 peg 20.. 1 carp

Roach were the main quarry for most today but even those were on the small size.. Im sure after some settled warm weather it will pick up again.. HOPEFULLY !

The bank between 8/12 doesent look like that photo now,i think it was cleared because of a Varmint problem,no rats now, but you and you’r gear now gets blown into the lake, the prevailing wind comes onto your back, in those pegs, its a literal pain in the neck.Still the crack was up to the usual standard.
The Willingshurst resident Mexican, Jedge Cooper had his new teeth in and lit up the whole venue, quite fitting in Cheltenham week, when he smiled he looked like Red Rum,i kid you not.
Well done Delbert and the other mony winners.
Pikey can you please resize you’r photo.

toplights I still too wish the lake looked like that now. Even John’s and my peg in the bomb hole, we struggled to hold on to the pole a few times.

On a good note those butterflies wont be far away now Malcolm. See you soon mate…
