Do people still use these? I am looking of something for soft baits hair rigged but don’t really want to put a hair on all the time, also is there anything on the market similar?? I saw them in the tackle shop and the quickstops look a bit big maybe it’s just me.

The quick stops can be trimmed to make them smaller for things like expander pellet etc. They also come in yellow red and brown now so they match your baits.

They can and then the hair can break. Doesn’t happen often but it is annoying when it does. To help with this if you use a quick change bead it doesn’t take long to change the hook link.

yeah they do m8, and its a real pain when they break off and you godda change it!! i usually have a duplicate rig set up for if it does so i can get back in asap, then change the hooklength…but since i got a fine mesh net i havn`t had any probs (except i cant scoop the fish as quick!)
