I have trouble with one of the legs on my roller, whilst trying to adjust the angle it just rides over one of the positions,i think possably its the spring inside and wonderd if anybody else has had this problem?

I have the same problem on one of the legs. I think its because they have used such soft metal, its poorly designed really. I have also broken two of the leg clamps and had to pay to replace them. Not the best Hundread odd pound Ive ever spent to be honest.

I’ve had a leg clamp split on mine too. Monkey metal for sure. Great roller in principle but cheap metal or what ever it is, cause I’m not sure the clamps are metal, maybe paper mashay (spelling?)

if you slightly tighten up the three allen keys on top of the tripod that should sort it.

Yer that was the first thing i tried with no luck, when i streatched the sring it worked for a while but then back to the same prroblem, this is a shame as the rollers are spot on apart from this.

Dont worry if i cant sort it i will, its just the agro in sending it back up north and waiting for it to be sorted.

I was told that the first lot of Prince rollers had this problem, think they had black writing on em, but the ones with the yellow writing on were fine.

I’ve been really disapointed with my Prince roller. I only used it a couple of times and started having problems with one of the legs not locking so i now after use it with the legs flat on the floor. After paying £130 i am really cheesed off with this! Its a lot of money to pay for a dysfunctional crap product.

No prob’s with mine,i’ve had it a few years now,it was only £90 so it shows how old,it has no writing on the rollers, milo do this with a lot of their products, when an item is first bought out its good then they cheapen a part of it and ruin it,have a look at the new superb box range and compare it with the existing match plus and modus, the materials used are total sh**.
