Used them myself but the jury is still out, this summer should be the acid test really I think.

yeah i dropped 1 and was lookin for it for 10mins never found it broke me heart lol.

Free runnin bomb with 2ft hooklength .18line double sweetcorn 18s hook.

Not caught on the method yet with them but think they will be ok.

They hold really well. But you can take them out really easy!

If you can catch 200Ib per hook they will last me a year up here!! lol

Ive been using the QM1’s on the method since last summer and i honestly think you land more fish.

You definately get a better hook hold. Its often quite hard to unhook fish, thats how well they stay in.

£3 is a bit steep for a pack of hooks but having said that they work brilliantly. I’ve been thinking about using the size 18’s for shallow work on the pole when fishing hairigged baits. Im off to whiteacres next week and will try them on the pole then. Im not sure that they were designed for that type of fishing but im sure they will work well.

They are designed for the fish to hook themselves not for the angler to strike and set the hooks so as long as the fish are hooking themselves against the pole they should work ok I think.
