        Hi all I know some of you are leatherhead members I’m thinking of joining this year instead of holland what are the club matches like I see from the web site that you have to phone up and book are they well attended are you all friendly I really fancy fishing the mole as we used to go to mickleham many years ago with holland once a year also is it still a pound to fish stubb pond as I live in godstone it’s just down the road cheers

          The LDAS bunch are the same as every other club, a decent bunch who make newbies welcome. match attendance varies from 15-25

          The R.Mole matches are only well attended after Xmas once the commercial scene dry’s up, we fish alternate fixtures with Dorking so you can a mix of traditional R.Mole and the beasts of the Dorking waters. Best attendance last year on LDAS Mole match was 27 anglers and best weight about 20lbs. The dorking bit had a best of 48lbs. Conditions were against us given the bad winter!

          The Summer matches are on commercials like Willighurst, Willow Park, Frant, Monks, Stubpond, Morehouse and Gold V.

          I think membershop is about £60 and we still have cheap tickets @ Stubs, Morehouse and Willinghurst.
