Sunday 9th May … John Gibbons Memorial Match, Blakehall Fishery, Cheadle, Staffs

John was a Stockport angler who died suddenly
whilst on the Portumna Festival in Ireland
2 years ago. He was well known in the local area,
and was a regular on many of the Irish festivals.
eg/ Gowna, Arva, King of Clubs and of course
Portumna.

We are running his second memorial match at
Blakehall on Sunday 9th May. tickets are £15,
payable in advance, and are limited to the
first 100 entrants. We have the whole complex
and will be using all the lakes. Payouts on the
day will be for overall placings, lake winners
and sections … All monies over and above the
peg fees will be paid out. We will also run an optional superpool on the day.
