Hi ya I had this problem, make sure everything is square, if it dont push through when it reaches the bottom take it out and turn it 180 degrees and it should push through. Also I thought it was wierd how it goes through the square blades first but it seems to work alright that way

Never used a meat cutter but can’t you put a spacer between the cutter and lip where the cutter rests.

ive got one but dont put it through the square blades first i have a little prob getting the plunger right down but it will with a bit of a push it may get easier as it gets older as ive only used it three times

Through the sq blades first is how it should be done, mesh the blades up first before you
Put the meat in , they can be a bit tight for the first few times also give the plunger a wiggle
That also works sometimes till they bed in so to speak

bught the 4mm,,,had same prob…phoned map and to there credit sent me foc,,,6mm blades only prob was ,,,packaging said 6mm blades ,,,but had 4mm blades inside,,,they have a packing prob,,,,am promised 6mm when nxt in stock,,,4mm to close to push meat and then fit in sqr groves,,,,still if i stand on the toll arse first,,it just pusts in the groves,,,19stone,,,,,get in,.,,,,
