        I’ve just been having a clear out – tidy up – and found a brand new Garbolino 11 Ft feeder rod (the predecessor to the new SG11FD).
        It was in an old rod tube and has never been used or seen the light of day.

        Has anyone got one or used one? Or can anybody tell me if it’s any good?. I’ll probably use it on my local water that has a good head of bream and carp but has some real lumps in there too.

        Any info welcome.

          if it is one of the original G Series rods (with standard high stand off rings rather than the lower profile rings used on the Super G), then it is a better rod than the successor IMHO. If you don’t want it I will gladly pay the postage from Belgium for it :o)
