  As always, I enjoy reading your blog Pikey, but this time I had to laugh at the quote;
  ” A trained chimp could fish the method feeder”
  
  Who on earth said that?
  
  I believe the method requires just as much skill as any other method of match fishing, some anglers absolutely excel at it, if it is so easy, why do you think that is mate?

  I’ve seen more people with no idea winning matches lobbing out a method feeder than any other tactic. As long as you can get the mix to stick to the feeder then what more is there to it, as the fish hook themselves anyway.

  Getting you mix right is the skill factor Pikey, understanding whats it doing under the water once you have cast out ( not lobbing ) is also needed to be taken in to account ~clap ~clap
  
  Many an angler has sat next to ME and they wondering why they ain’t catching , why because they think it’s easy to fish the Method ~naughty

  What is there to understand ? The fish eats the gb or pelletts around the feeder, sucks in the hook bait and hooks itself.
  
  The reason they aren’t catching is because they are sitting with you ? You can’t catch if you aren’t at your own peg !!!!!
