For sale is my Rive ST Competition seatbox.

I’ve owned quite a few Rive’s over the last couple of years, and this is by far the strongest model of the lot.

This seatbox has now been refurbished to mint condition. It has been stripped down, acid dipped, powder coated and then sprayed matt black. There isn’t a mark on the metal framework.

The footplate too is mint condition. It’s been polished and buffed back to its original silver finish with hardly any visible scratches or signs of use.

As the seatbox stands now, neither the framework nor footplate has ever seen the bank since refurbishment.

I’ve put the seatbox back together with silver trays, and it now comprises of:

• Leather seat cushion
• 60mm deep rig tray beneath the seat
• 60mm deep side wooden draw unit
• 30mm deep rig tray
• 30mm rig tray with base sliders & fixings within the cassette unit
• Rive carry lid for the cassette unit
• Rive carry strap
• Rive silver standard length legs (2 telescopic front legs)
• Rive spirit levels
• Custom carbon back plate

To bring this seatbox back to complete mint condition, it would ideally need a new seat (£35 from Fosters) and some new black legs if a few scratches bother you & to match the colour of the frame.
