TF_punchcrumbDONT think you will get to many takers at £800 extra kits yes but its second hand value will probably be less than £800, credit crunch bad time to sell etc.
PS £500 any good? -

TF_biggsParticipantits not worth £800…. ?you can buy a branny for 1100 which will include your guarentee, and probably wont have a chip in the no 7 joint, you might find someone whos potty enough to pay £800, my top end would be £600.

AnonymousI’ll be on the lookout for a G20 next year but at £800 for a 2nd hand one, I’d rather spend £999 and get a brand new 13m one with spare top 5’s which I need for Ireland and then buy a spare 14.5m ext and a few more spare top 2’s & 5’s.

TF_paynoCheers Lloyd mate,as for the price of my pole i was testing the water as there are couple of poles i have been interested in but not desperate to give it away at £500 with 8 match kits all fitted with preston hollow and pulla bungs,so maybe a tad over priced by £50 to £100.
Find me a g20 for £500 anywhere else. -

And be back up to about £1400!!! It’s worth every penny of the £800 mate so don’t let any of these fraudsters on here tell you otherwise! I’ve got one so I know how good they are.

How was my post backwards? So your saying it’s a better deal to buy your G20 at £800 and then buy two No. 4 sections and another two No. 5 sections all around £80-£100 each!? I’d make that out between £1100 and £1200. ~think and that’s for a 2nd hand G20…
I think i’ll stick to buying a new 13m G20 at the RRP of £999 inc two spare top 5’s in that price.

FloatmakerParticipantDavid Herron in your last post you seem to have conveniently forgotten to mention that you were also going to buy the 14.5 metre extension and some top 2’s AND this will still only give you a 14.5 metre pole unlike the 16 metre one being offered for £800 so get real matey, work out the maths and it is soon obvious that you will be way over if you go down the ridiculous route of buying the 13 metre one and adding all those sections on. It’s now becoming clear why Irelands finances are in such a mess if this is the kind of logic you all employ!!
