        will hollo elastic withstand the cold weather we have had some of my top kits the elastic seem to go hard i soaked them in warm water for an hour they seem ok now

          I poor warm water through the tops and they spring back to life, in addition to this i keep them in the house throughout the winter stops them re-freezing. Saying that i dont see away of stopping them freezing up whilst fishing, something ive had a problem with this winter.
