  This is a modus not a plus/it only has one side draw,not three!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  wish i was one of em matey,,
  had a walk round there whilst on me jolly’s last august,, i saw them statics at the lake side on trelawny and instantly thought about putting the house on the market and living down there ! LOL
  awsome place, just wish it was a little closer to sunny sheffield!!!
