  its hit and miss with the angling star.my newsagent told me a while ago they were now published down south somewhere.before christmas the november and december issues were only a week apart in my area.shame really as its a good read.the january one was out about 10days ago.

  your right trolley its not as good as it used to be and at times difficult to get hold of.if they are not careful it won’t last much longer.

  If its match results you are after then the Retford times is spot on for that area, Lakeside, Halcroft, Lodge farm etc Always week on week

  personally, i miss “northern angler”
  what a crackin read that was, local anglers on local venues!!!
  and upto date match results and tactics from all around my locals!!!
  think it was tom scholey who was editor !!!!
  shame it went the way of the paer with the publishers !!!!!
