TF_eelsA certain 5 times world champion by the name of Alan Scotthorne is a bit handy with it.
Blast from the past top joker angler Dave Berrow.
Top joke angler Syd Huggins!!!!!

AnonymousA 5 times World Champion would be up there to claim the title of B+J King in this country. However, anybody who is even close to getting in the England squad must be very good in all aspects of B+J fishing.

TF_lloydy1970Depends what type of venue. Shallow canal dizzy moulton take some beating, deep canals Lee Kerry is awesome but overall Sean ashby would be my choice especially Roach fishing

AnonymousGreat minds think a like, eel. lol
A blast from the past would be Kevin Ashurst. Im sure big Kev could give many of the young guns a good run for there money with B+J even today.

TF_DodgeIan Moulton was arguably the best b/joker angler in this country for quite some time,he is / was unbelievably good and had to be seen to believed ….. pure class ! Now present time Lewis Breeze , Jon Arthur, Jason Cunningham, Ian Didcote, Sean Ashby and Paul Hughes are 6 of THE very best b/joker anglers in the country right now on lots of different types of canals both deep and shallow. There are loads of brilliant b/joker anglers fishing the circuits today but it seems only a few get a good press nowadays due to 20 peg commie culture that has taken over our sport and weekly angling publications imho!It goes without saying Barnsley,s Lee Kerry, Joe Carrass and Alan Scotthorne are top top class with records to prove just that. Thats my northern viewpoint anyway lol and i hope i dont draw next to any of them on sunday ! lololol

TF_CraftytaftyVinnie Smith was brilliant. so were a lot from many years ago. If the truth’s known more people fished b/w and joker 20 years ago than now cos there weren’t any commercials then ( well none to speak of) nobody went carping in matches.

andy jonesParticipantAny of the lads from Stoke northwards 20 years ago. Was all the go at Rudyard a few years back until the idle brigade started banning it. Vinny Smith, Mark Addy, Alan Mayor come to mind. If u couldnt fish worm u stayed away.
