        Which is the best the v roller or the flat roller and which makes are the best price wise.

            i used both for a while and had a few differant flat rollers but finally settled on the preston xl flat bed roller,do like the boss -daiwa rocking roller tho aswell.

                Depends on where you are fishing really.

                Flat ones are better in windy conditions as they are less likely to blow over and the pole wont blow ‘out’ of the roller.

                V rollers are better when you need extra height to get the pole shipped back correctly.

                I use Pro Flat XL and a Super Pro V and rate both.
