daiwa quiver tip ratings

  As daiwa have changed their colours this year, and every daiwa feeder rod i have has pre this years tips, can someone give me a low down on the quiver tip ratings vs colour (can’t find last years daiwa catalogue online anywhere).
  
  Know the red carbon is 4oz.
  
  Need to ID yellow slow taper glass, red/white fast taper glass, and yellow fast taper glass.

  I bought a load on ebay last year with it printed on the side.
  
  I can check tomorrow for you but I cant remember how I know the difference in the tapers?~think

  That would be great, thanks. The tapers…..fast taper are the really tippy tips that are very fine at the tip end, the slow tapers are thicker through their length.

  Why does it matter what the ratings are? Just use the tip that feels right!

  Different makes vary in the ratings anyway. Agree with Nathan use what feels right.
