Keith’s guest will be carp angler and bait expert Shaun Harrison, a very highly respected figure in the carp world. They’ll be discussing Shaun’s approach to the sport and there’s sure to be plenty of good advice to help you catch a specimen as we near a great time of year for all carpers.
If there’s anything you want to ask Shaun or Keith please send your question in as soon as possible via an e-mail to [email protected] and they’ll do their best to help.
We get out on the bank with Shaun at Drayton reservoir in Northamptonshire, one of the most popular ‘runs waters’ in the country. It was a venue that provided some superb winter sport for Shaun and he’ll be demonstrating the tactics that proved so successful.
On the eve of the first of this year’s Fish’O’Mania qualifiers there’s a chance to relive the big day at Cudmore Fisheries last July. The final of Fish’O’Mania XVII was one of the best matches we’ve ever witnessed and it’s sure to whet your appetite for the competition ahead.
Keith will also be taking his weekly look at the prospects in store for all anglers up and down the UK in Fishery Focus. He’ll be putting the spotlight on some typical venues for all disciplines of the sport, with tips on the most effective methods and baits to use on those waters.
On Tight Lines next week Keith will be joined by England International match angler Darren Cox. As well as plenty of advice and tactical chat, they’ll be looking back at the first Fish’O’Mania qualifier at Viaduct Fisheries in Somerset and discussing the forthcoming season.
Please keep the questions, and your photos for the ‘Young Angler of the Month’ competition, coming in via e-mail to [email protected].
And a reminder that if you do miss the broadcasts on Sky Sports, the whole programme will be available as a podcast after the show on Friday evening via our website – http://www.skysports.com/tightlines
