How could the referee make that call? The two players were rushing towards goal. If you say it was a foul but was on the 18 yard line, proved by your photo, then the referee should have given a penalty. He simply must have thought it was inside the box on evidence he had at the time. The fact it was on the line is largely irrelevant.

Stop bellyaching guys. The ref calls it as he sees it, theyre not robots. PLUS we have the benefit of replays, they dont. Theres another leg yet anyway for Chelski to put it right….~sick

I can’t complain, at half-time we were all in agreement that we would take a 0-1 defeat. I was more worried it could be worse. Despite Manure doing bugger all in the 2nd half the damage was done.
